2025 was a year of growth…. the very real kind.
Plenty of challenge, plenty of learning, and a whole lot of meaningful moments along the way. Since stepping into real estate in 2023 (after many years on the mortgage side), this year stretched me in ways I didn’t expect and reminded me why I love this work.
So much of this year wasn’t about transactions.
It was coffee conversations ☕️, long walks, laughter, prayer, lifting couches, cleaning up for showings, and sitting across tables talking about life….sometimes real estate, sometimes not at all.
I had the privilege of helping 13 families/individuals buy or sell homes; and I’m especially grateful that we were able to create over $267,000 in real savings for buyers through seller-paid concessions and thoughtful negotiation. In a tough market, that impact mattered.
On the seller side (like this slide), disciplined pricing (and this year re-pricing at times) and clear strategy helped homes sell faster and more predictably, without the stress of pulled listings or constant resets.
What continues to surprise me is how rewarding this profession can be. Building a business is hard, but getting to meet people where they are, listen, and help guide big life decisions is an absolute gift.
Grateful for the trust.
Encouraged by the momentum.
And genuinely excited for what 2026 holds.
