The worst real estate advice usually sounds reasonable.
I hear these myths every week. Sometimes from social media. Sometimes from friends and family. Sometimes from headlines that grab attention but don’t tell the whole story.
The problem? Some of these myths don’t just create confusion. I’ve seen them cost people real money, delay important decisions, and keep good plans from moving forward.
That’s why I believe my job isn’t to tell people what they want to hear. It’s to help them understand what’s actually true for their situation.
Real estate isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Sometimes buying makes sense.
Sometimes renting makes sense.
Sometimes waiting is the right move.
Sometimes it isn’t.
The key is having the right information before making a major financial decision.

There are a lot of things I'm thankful for this year.
Faith.
Freedom.
Friends.

The opportunity to build a business I love.
And getting to help people find a place they'll call home.
They say home is where the heart is. I believe it's also where freedom is celebrated, families are built, lifelong memories are made, and friends always have a seat around the table.
Freedom is one of those things that's easy to take for granted until you stop and think about what it cost. Today, I'm especially thankful for the men and women who've served and sacrificed so we can enjoy it every day.
Whether you're at the lake, grilling in the backyard, traveling, or simply enjoying a slower day, I hope you're surrounded by the people who matter most.
