Cheers to a great last couple of weeks. Lots of twists and turns (such is life). Great community hangs, a 1st birthday celebration, Maple cameo, Top Golf with the homies, some quality BBQ, and runner-up in washers. If ya ain’t first yet last! Oh well had a good time. Had my car run into at Whole Foods while I was playing bingo. Yes, you read that right. Oh well, Bingo rocks, & that’s what insurance is for. Also checked out a house with a storm shelter in the garage. Why not be overprepared? 🤷‍♂️ Lots to be grateful for and hopeful for more!

A little delayed posting this, but March was a meaningful month. Honored to have been recognized as one of the Top 25 agents at Call It Closed Realty for March, finishing #12 out of 500+ agents company-wide. I also had the opportunity to help 3 clients close on homes totaling around $1.45MM in volume across DFW. Honestly, none of this happens alone. The last 45 days or so have been a good run. 🙌 Celebrated a longtime friend’s birthday, made my first trip to Scottsdale, had a Perry’s pork chop for lunch (worth the hype & I’ll always take your leftovers!!), attempted to golf, closed on some great homes with clients, toured and hosted some really incredible properties, worshiped with my guys group on a rooftop at sundown, and got invited to some amazing real estate events with top-notch builders along the way. A lot to be grateful for. Open and expectant for what’s next. 🤝
